• 本機構獲「嘉道理慈善基金會」撥款於2021年4月展開為期三年的服務計劃，並設立「Hamara Hub」，期望針對貧窮問題，從長遠出發，採取自下而上、以人為本及以家庭為基礎的模式，鼓勵不同年齡層的少數族裔為其社區帶來改變，達至充權的主要目的。

• 此外，計劃亦希望促進少數族裔與社會各重要持分者，
  例如學校和醫院的接觸，以幫助他們融入社群。

• This organization received funding from the Kadoorie Charitable Foundation in April 2021 to launch a three-year service program, establishing the "Hamara Hub." The initiative aims to address poverty by adopting a long-term, bottom-up, people-centered, and family-based approach. It encourages minority communities of all ages to bring about change in their neighborhoods, with the primary goal of empowerment.

• Additionally, the program seeks to promote interaction between minorities and key stakeholders in society, such as schools and hospitals, to help them integrate into the community.
